Ingredients
Dosa batter
2 portion regular rice
1 portion salem rice (kusublakki boiled rice)
1 portion long body kusubakki
1 /2 portion uddinabele
1 spoon kadalebele
1 spoon menthe
Chutney
Byadige chilli 10
2 onions
10 flakes garlic
Tamarind salt

Method


Soak all the ingredients for 6 hrs….grind …ferment overnight….add soda and salt before doing dosa

Yummy crispy dosa ready.
