any dosa batter which u have to reuse other day and if it should come crispy fresh without sourness (huli)here is a useful top.
Once u use dosa batter…..add rice flour to the left over batter till it comes to rotti consistency….keep it in fridge….before u want to use…remove from fridge ….add sufficient water salt sugar soda….mix well…make sure u remove 30 mins prior using it.

U can use this batter till 15 days….it stays fresh….i use the same tip..best suits for schzewan dosa onion dosa mysore masala dosa….any dosa which have stuffing suits well…it holds the stuffing well..hope it helps u.

Ingredients : 
Dosa batter
Cabbage
Carrot
Onion
Capsicum
Red chillies….byadige
Green chillies
Garlic
Ginger
Tomato sauce soya sauce venigar salt

Method
Prepare dosa batter as I mentioned above.
Masala
Take a kadai put oil add finely chopped above veggies fry till soft add ggc paste salt soya sauce venigar…mix well
Red chutney
Soak byadige chilli in hot water….add to it ginger garlic grind….take kadai put oil sasive…add this chutney fry till oil floated
Now take dosa tava….and prepare yummy spring dosa.
