Palak-1big bunch
Onions-3
Jeera-1tsp
Ggc paste-2tbsps
Chilli powder-1tsp
Grated panner
Garam masala powder-1tsp
Milk-250ml
Salt
Haldi
Oil and ghee.

Method:

Boil palak..cool,grind and keep aside.
Note-Do not close the lid and don’t add much water while boiling.

Take a kadai add oil,ghee,jeera,chopped onions,little salt,haldi and fry for golden brown,now add Ggc paste,chilli powder,garam masala powder and fry for 2minutes.Now add grind palak,milk and boil for few minutes,now add salt,rice and mix well.
Palak Rice is ready with panner topping.
