MASALA VADA

INGREDIENTS
. 2 paavu Channa Dhal
. 15 green chillies
. 2 inches ginger
. 2 finely cut onions
. Salt to taste
. 1 fist finely chopped coriander leaves
. Hing 1 pinch

METHOD
. Soak channa dhal for 3 hours
. Drain out water
. Add green chillies, ginger , salt to mixer and make fine paste
. Now add channa dhal and make a coarse batter
. Add hing, onions , coriander leaves and mix well
. Make vadas on plastic sheet and deep fry till crispy
